When the Court declares the unconstitutionality of a law or act
the form of a law, the law ceases to have effect on the day following the publication of the decision. 
The Court's decision is published and communicated to the Chambers and the Regional Councils concerned, so that, if he considers it necessary, shall act in conformity constitutional. 
Art. 137 A constitutional law shall establish the conditions, forms, terms
proposing judgments on constitutionality, the independence of judges of the Court
.
Ordinary laws shall establish the other provisions necessary for the establishment and functioning of the Court
.
Against Decisions of the Constitutional Court shall be prohibited
appeal.
