Wines Winegrowers has indeed taken a long time European importance, thanks to the tenants who are involved, direct testimonial of a way of working and understanding the wine making, respecting the environment and traditional culture.
The wealth of different soils, in Italy and France, is exceptional and the meeting of those Italian and French winemakers that work with vines and yeasts and offer a personal interpretation of their land, allowed visitors to discover and deepen their knowledge of this wealth.
Together with many volunteers from the Pro site, were on duty this year thanks to an internship, even boys of different hotels in Salsomaggiore, to get to know the producers and deal with a diverse audience but particularly attentive to the quality of wines.
The tenants were willing to talk about last year's harvest in the cellar and just ended: stories that cross from the Friuli Sicily, Provence and Burgundy, from Slovenia to Sardinia, to be summarized in a sip of wine.
