Course "Making and tasting the wine" in Pau

We completed the course " do and taste the wine " by Adele Illotto and Maurizio Altea, facing to tenants of Pau (OR), a small village with vineyards Marmilla high hill.
The theoretical and practical course, divided into twelve events, was organized by the municipality in aprofondire need to follow the topics covered in the introductory course in Viticulture and Enology, held in 2008.
You can not make good wine without knowing and loving him, for this year has been given much space to the tasting. They have also consolidated the issues related to land and sustainable viticulture.
